Getting started with MediBlock

Have your ID ready

For identity verification, have a government-issued picture ID (Driver’s License) ready with a clean card surface. Make sure your current appearance is similar to the ID picture

NPI

Have your NPI number ready. You can look up your NPI number at the NPI registry if you don’t know it

Scan and Save

Have your professional documents/certificates accessible as paper copies if you need to scan them. If your documents are already stored on your phone, know the location/app name where they are stored

Upload your CV

Have a copy of your CV handy when completing your profile to help remind you of the dates for hospital affiliations, GME training, etc. Also, you can upload your CV under “Other Document Type” as well

You sign up and create an account securely using a photo ID and a live phone selfie to verify your identity. We have partnered with Jumio for identity verification

MediBlock has a 3-month FREE trial period with full app functionality. After 3 months, you can subscribe via the Apple App Store to continue using the app.

We create your professional profile by using available government and public data to help pre- populate your information. We also use autocomplete to help you fill in any blanks or correct errors in your information

Yes, you may upload your professional documents (state licenses, diplomas, training certificates, etc) via the embedded document scanner in the app.

We securely store your encrypted profile information and documents on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

When you need to send your professional information and/or documents to an authorized individual, MediBlock sends a time-limited, non-transferable download link via email to the individual allowing them to access only the information and/or documents for which you have granted permission
